Responsibilities

• Facilitate product design sprints and define project requirements.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to design and build products.
• Lead quality assurance and celebrate product launches.
• Work with clients to understand goals and define solutions.
• Conduct requirements gathering and feature definition.
• Oversee technical delivery and work closely with engineers.
• Perform quality assurance and document software functionality.

Requirements

• 2 to 10 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in an agency.
• Familiarity with software development environments.
• Ability to break down wireframes into actionable tasks for developers.
• Experience in shepherding client ideas through the definition process.
• Skilled at describing workflows from an end-user perspective.
• Experience performing quality assurance and writing bug reports.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 based on experience.
