Product Manager
Your Work
- Own our product backlog, defining and prioritizing features that empower nonprofits to effectively market to their audiences.
- Reporting directly to the VP of Product, use data, research, and personal discretion to make product decisions that deliver customer and company value.
- Work with design and engineering teams to turn customer needs into actionable features and ensure successful implementation across development sprints.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Education team to ensure they have the information needed to document features and provide effective training for both internal teams and external customers.
Your Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS or digital platform environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, and customer education.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging user research and product usage data to inform decisions.

Your Day
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, focus groups and other forms of research activities to understand product challenges, solutions, and opportunities.
- Analyze usage metrics and other data to understand feature and product performance.
- Write, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with company and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the senior product designer to scope and design feature requirements.
- Partner with engineers during development, providing guidance and feedback to align features with product goals.
- Work with the Engineering Manager to finalize sprint plans, ensuring clear priorities and realistic timelines.
- Coordinate with the Customer Education team to provide them with necessary product details, helping them document features and train internal teams and customers effectively.
Compensation
Compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually dependent on experience with the potential to earn an additional 12% of base salary. In addition, you’ll receive health/dental/vision insurance, and other benefits like a professional development budget, office food, and social events, not to mention being a part of a supportive and motivated Professional Product Engineering team.
Location
This position is remote for candidates located within the United States, with preference given to those who reside in the Eastern or Central time zones. There is also an option to work from our headquarters in Gainesville, FL.
Interview Process
- HR Information Screen - The Talent Acquisition Team will invite candidates that move forward to a 20-30 minute virtual interview.
- Hiring Manager Interview- 60 minute virtual meeting with the Hiring Manager.
- Work Assignment - Candidates will be given a work assignment prompt.
- Panel Interview - 1 hour interview with two to three key members of the team.
- Reference Check - Candidates will be asked to provide three professional references.
- Offer - The Talent Acquisition Team will reach out with the details of the offer to discuss with the candidate.
