Responsibilities
- Define Product Strategy: Own the roadmap and vision for your product area, aligning customer needs, data insights, and company goals.
- Drive Innovation: Identify and validate new opportunities using competitive analysis, customer research, and rapid experimentation.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with analytics and data engineering to test, learn, and iterate using measurable outcomes.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with engineering, marketing, and design to ensure on-time delivery of impactful features.
- Ensure Transparency: Share progress, learnings, and roadmaps across teams, building organizational clarity and trust.
- Foster Excellence: Create playbooks, define best practices, and contribute to a culture of executional excellence across SMB.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Proven ability to develop and drive product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Expertise in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, understanding user needs, and translating these into actionable product features.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in using data to inform product decisions, set KPIs and measure success.
- Familiarity with agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and rapid testing.
- Ability to articulate product vision and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong design sense or UX experience.
- Knowledge of the challenges and needs of small to medium-sized businesses.
