The Impact of Sr. Product Manager, Supply Chain to Coupa
As Sr. Product Manager for Supplier Information and Risk Management, you’ll evolve, define, and build innovative, differentiating and profitable products by leveraging your industry experience and engagement with forward-thinking customers. These applications will range from existing AI-based Demand Forecasting to new insights from community data and end-to-end solutions with other Coupa applications. You must possess a unique blend of business, technical savvy and supply chain domain expertise bundled with a drive to make your vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers to understand their pain points and find innovative solutions for the broader market.What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end product development, from user research and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog in collaboration with engineering.
- Work with UX designers to build intuitive interfaces.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Procurement teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to validate requirements and measure product impact.
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Supplier Information & Risk Management solutions.
- Align product priorities with enterprise procurement goals (e.g., spend visibility, risk mitigation, compliance).
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into product features.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience.
- Experience in enterprise software; procurement, vendor management, or risk management solutions strongly preferred.
- Experience with supplier master data and risk frameworks.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, supplier lifecycle).
- Deep knowledge of AI techniques and their applicability to various problem spaces.
- You are a great collaborator who never stops pushing toward clarity and delivery.
- You are creative in finding solutions when the path is complex and unclear.
