Responsibilities

• Own Predict end-to-end as a business: define strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes.
• Run Predict’s operating system: set goals and KPIs, lead planning cycles, and establish a strong execution cadence.
• Drive Predict’s P&L: own budget, forecasting, resourcing, and ROI trade-offs.
• Build and scale the department: lead two pods and ensure clear accountability.
• Expand data access at scale: unlock and operationalize claims, prior auth, Rx, and real-time feeds.
• Advance Predict’s intelligence layer: steer AI/ML, data engineering, and product.
• Drive engagement with Growth: optimize multi-channel journeys and experimentation.
• Lead cross-functionally: align Product, Clinical, Ops, Growth, CS, and Commercial.
• Act as a visible leader: communicate clearly, unblock teams quickly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience across product, strategy, operations, or management in fast-paced environments.
• Proven end-to-end ownership with measurable business impact.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Highly analytical and data-driven.
• Experience building and scaling teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience delivering complex products or programs.
• Experience with AI-first platforms.
• Experience in healthcare ecosystems.

• Familiarity with healthcare data flows and driving enterprise adoption.
