Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience using Jira for task management
- Experience working with consumer-facing products, preferably within the healthcare or medical device space
- Previous experience with CRM, Communications platforms, or customer support programs is highly preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling multiple priorities under tight timeframes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple cross-functional teams
- Independent, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a startup environment and can self-prioritize and thrive with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and systems to improve task management and patient communications
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., patient support, operations, clinical teams) to identify needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
- Help drive execution of product and operational initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with patient experience goals
- Provide general assistance and project-based support for the development and maintenance of mental health product offerings
- Analyze how back-end workflows and process changes directly impact and improve the end-to-end patient journey
- Build both high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans that keep stakeholders informed of project progress
- Partner with cross functional teams to develop, test, and deliver high quality products and features that meet the needs of both internal users and our end users
