As the Principal Product Manager for Catalogs and Real-Time Search, you are the strategic architect of the foundational data discovery experience. You are responsible for the overall product strategy for this domain, as well as its critical synergies with other core product areas such as Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Management.In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructureβlike search relevancy and data indexingβand the high-level business vision. What Youβll Do
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of owning and scaling complex product domains
- Own the Domain Vision: Lead the strategic planning and roadmapping for the complete product life cycle of the Catalogs and RTS components.
- Define Complex Requirements: Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to specify market requirements for current and future search and discovery products.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Work across the organization to ensure the Catalog and RTS strategy aligns with the wider product ecosystem and business goals.
- Partner with Engineering: Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and quality engineering to define detailed requirements (stories) and ensure high-quality technical execution.
- Shape Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Partner with Marketing to crystallize product positioning, business value, and key benefits for target customers.
- Evangelize the Product: Give polished presentations to stakeholders and customers, acting as the primary advocate for the domain both internally and externally.
- Assess Market Position: Continually evaluate the competitive landscape to ensure the search and catalog offerings remain industry-leading.
