What you will do:
- (Primary) Own SDK strategy and roadmap for Verify. Lead mobile app definition and delivery to support verification services.
- (Secondary) Drive roadmap for Silent Auth, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, Email OTP, and carrier APIs. Partner with engineering to enhance APIs for evolving security and operator integration.
- Gather requirements, conduct user research, and analyze CIAM and carrier identity trends. Identify opportunities in AI-powered fraud prevention.
- Work with developer experience, UX/UI, engineering, security, compliance, and carrier relations to ensure standards, usability, and operator partnerships.
- Monitor CPaaS/IAM landscape, AI/ML applications, and regulatory changes. Contribute to product positioning and messaging.
What you'll bring:
- Strong technical foundation in SDKs, APIs, mobile apps, and identity/authentication flows.
- Experience managing product backlogs, collaborating with developer relations, and applying Agile practices.
- Exposure to CPaaS, IAM, 2FA/MFA, carrier services, and AI/ML in fraud detection.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required
- Bachelorβs in Engineering/CS or related field.
- 1-3 years in product management, solutions, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on with SDKs, developer tools, mobile apps, and authentication technologies.
Preferred
- Telecom/carrier experience, mobile auth protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML), AI/ML in fraud detection, regulatory knowledge.
