Responsibilities

• Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented team of product leaders.
• Understand Actian’s strategic and competitive position and deliver industry-recognized products.
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities.
• Maximize efficiency in a fluid and evolving environment.
• Manage multiple products and priorities, ensuring organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to position our value proposition and ensure clarity of product vision.

Requirements

• 20+ years in the software industry, with at least 12 years in product management.
• 8+ years in senior leadership roles with ownership of product vision and strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide operational and strategic direction.
• Highly technical with a track record of complex product work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building 0-1 products or marketplaces.
• Ability to cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Experience creating high-quality products and services for millions of users.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across complex organizations.
• Familiarity with the data management landscape will significantly accelerate impact.
