Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for a distributed team supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
- Maintain and improve software supporting the Hospital Quality Reporting program.
- Modernize systems to reduce provider burden and minimize costs to CMS.
- Translate high-level goals into roadmaps driving meaningful outcomes.
- Mentor product staff and drive cross-team collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth within your program.
Requirements
- 3+ years operating at the Principal or equivalent senior IC level in a Product Management role.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional command of English, able to translate complex concepts.
- Experience owning long-term product vision and strategy.
- Strong command of modern product management practices.
- Track record of mentoring less experienced product practitioners.
- Experience contributing to business development efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and systems.
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience.
- Experience working directly with federal health agencies.
- Experience with quality reporting, payment models, or healthcare transparency programs.
Security Clearance Requirements
- US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US without Sponsorship.
- US Residency for at least the past 3 years.
- Able to meet requirements to hold a position of Public Trust.
