- Define & Drive Product Strategy β Own the roadmap for our new Stablecoin-based fintech products, aligning business goals with customer needs
- Build & Scale Embedded Finance Solutions β Develop innovative products in card issuance, or Stablecoin payments, collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams
- Execute with Excellence β Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, legal, compliance, and external partners to build, launch, and scale compliant financial products
- Customer & Market Research β Deeply understand customer pain points, new Payments industry trends, and competitive dynamics to shape product decisions
- Prioritize with Data β Leverage analytics, user insights, and industry trends to identify high-impact features, optimizations, and experiments
- Partner with Fintech Ecosystem β Work closely with banks, networks, and fintech partners to drive innovation and enhance our platformβs capabilities
Who You Are
- 5+ years of product management experience in Cards Issuance, and stablecoin payments
- Proven experience building and scaling financial products from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment
- Strong technical acumen β ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand API-driven products
- Deep understanding of card issuance, payment processing, Crypto/Stablecoin payments, or banking-as-a-service (BaaS) models
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills β ability to work with both internal teams and external partners
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience working with legal, compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks in fintech is a plus
- Hands-on experience in creating Stablecoin based solutions with technology partners.

- Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:
- National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States.
- Premium: Slightly elevated from the National tier, and oriented toward a narrower set of higher cost-of-living areas, such as Los Angeles CA and Seattle WA
- Premium Plus: A tier for the most expensive working areas, like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.
- When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location.
- The new-hire base salary range for this position is:
- National: $120,600 - $150,700
- Premium: $130,500 - $163,100
