What You’ll Do

  • Own the mobile roadmap: Define and drive a mobile product strategy grounded in customer research, business outcomes, and platform opportunity.
  • Lead with AI and data: Use AI tools like Claude and Cursor to make product decisions based on qualitative research, usage analytics, and A/B experiments.
  • Drive adoption and retention: Focus on the mobile customer journey to reduce friction, increase feature adoption, and build habits for returning customers.
  • Ship with craft: Collaborate with engineering and design to translate strategy into excellent product experiences, writing tight requirements and giving useful feedback.
  • Be a voice for mobile customers: Join customer calls and stay close to the problems small business owners face on mobile.
  • Collaborate across the organization: Work across squads and functions to ensure mobile is a key focus in broader product strategy.

Who You Are

  • Mobile-first product thinker: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
  • AI-enabled: Experienced in using AI tools for product management.
  • Customer-obsessed: Able to engage with customer feedback and dig into support tickets.
  • Metrics-driven: Use data to make decisions while valuing customer insights.
  • A strong communicator: Capable of pitching strategies to executives and explaining decisions clearly across the organization.
  • Collaborative and influential: Lead through influence, building alignment across functions.
  • Comfortable with speed and ambiguity: Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of mobile app product management experience in B2B or B2C.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve key mobile metrics.
  • Experience in the end-to-end A/B testing lifecycle.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with email marketing or SMB-focused SaaS products.
  • Background on engagement or retention-focused product initiatives.
  • Experience with mobile analytics tools and feature flagging platforms.
