Mission
Join us as a Product Ops Intern and become the operational backbone of our Product organisation. You'll own the recurring reporting that keeps product leadership sharp: OKRs, MBRs, provider invoices. Precise, reliable, every single month.What you'll do
- Own invoice and provider management. Collect invoices, log them in Coupa, and track them internally with Marina.
- Lead at least one strategic side project. Pick up high-visibility work: competitor database cleanup, AI tools inventory, demo account mapping. Deliver results that PMs actually use.
- Use AI to work smarter. Automate what you can, sharpen your documentation, move faster. We genuinely celebrate this.
What we're looking for
- Obsessive attention to detail. You catch inconsistencies before anyone else does. Your work is clean, complete, precise.
- Strong written English. You document clearly and produce reporting artifacts that need minimal editing.
- Comfort with operational ownership. Recurring work doesn't bore you. It makes you better. You take pride in owning a process reliably.
- Stakeholder management. You can chase Product leadership for inputs, diplomatically, without creating friction.
- AI-native mindset. You experiment, automate, and genuinely enjoy finding smarter ways to work.
