Responsibilities

  • Own product definition, development, and strategy for Affinity's CRM product.
  • Define product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct user research, lead teams through design and engineering sprints, and define and study analytics.
  • Own a critical set of capabilities at the heart of Affinity's CRM.
  • Drive AI opportunities to improve core CRM workflows.
  • Foster deep understanding of markets and customer needs through research and customer interactions.
  • Develop product strategy including business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams.
  • Analyze customer feedback and new product ideas.
  • Contribute to a product team culture of craft and continuous growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company.
  • Experience working with engineering and design teams end-to-end.
  • Experience on complex products to create simple solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for users.
  • Proven record of design thinking and prioritization.
  • Experience considering how AI can improve workflows.
  • A passion for Affinity and the problems we are solving.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $152,000 to $190,000 CAD, dependent on factors including geographical location and review of experience.
