Your Mission
As Group Product Manager for our Travel Management vertical, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a big piece of Engine’s core, strategic product lines. You’ll lead a team of product managers and work across engineering, design, partnerships, compliance, and go-to-market to launch and scale a best-in-class travel management experience.What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the management of our travel management function - the engine that makes our travel platform work for businesses.
- Vision and roadmap setting for the travel management products and team strategy, including resource allocation, goal setting and strategic execution. This requires a balance between long and short term as well as a balance between individual team goals and the larger product area goals.
- Work with cross functional design and engineering leaders to create the overarching strategy on the team.
- You’ll own teams working on areas like Roles, Permissions, Account Setup, Travel Policies, Reporting, Insights and strategic integrations.
- Get your hands dirty and get into the product yourself if needed.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
- Experience: 8+ years in product management, including 2+ years in a people management or group PM role.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and launching successful financial products at scale.
- Customer Obsession: Relentless focus on solving real problems for customers, with strong UX instincts and analytical rigor.
- Tech Fluency: Comfort and experience working with technical teams.
- Mindset: You’re a builder at heart—hands-on, collaborative, and excited to scale a new product from the ground up.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
