Responsibilities

  • Map the people stack end-to-end and uncover workflows and pain points across recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, and HR operations.
  • Own the backlog by building and maintaining a prioritised list of opportunities ranked by impact and feasibility.
  • Turn feedback into shippable problems by collecting input from HRBPs, recruiters, managers, and all Qontoers, and translating insights into clear problem statements.
  • Ship products end-to-end by defining the best technical solutions and leveraging AI to build your applications, prompts, evals, integrations, and automations.
  • Measure success metrics upfront and track them rigorously after launch.

About Your Future Manager

  • You will report to MΓ©lodie, Head of People Systems.
  • MΓ©lodie has 10+ years in HR and HRIS and has led large-scale HR transformation programs using data and automation.
  • She believes in empowering her team, providing the trust and autonomy needed to innovate.

About You

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR with a strong knowledge & interest in AI and automation topics.
  • Use AI tools daily and understand how to go from prompt to production.
  • Product owner mindset: Able to write functional specs and ship without needing dedicated PM or designer.
  • Self-taught with the ability to build your own roadmap.
  • Systems thinker: Able to break down complex problems and connect across product, design, and ops.
