Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product management across four product development teams on two technology platforms.
• Responsible for Order Fulfilment Network, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Customer Service domains.
• Support internal manufacturing team to evolve fulfilment and manufacturing systems.
• Lead Manufacturing and Shipping team, focusing on cost reduction across postage, labour, and materials.
• Create alignment with the Head of Product for eCommerce to launch products quickly.
• Accountable for successful product launch execution, establishing streamlined processes.
• Ensure integration of product data via the Product Information Management system.
• Drive transition from legacy to new platforms, integrating internal teams.
• Enhance operational processes and reduce costs in shipping and product launches.
• Implement product development strategies, including drop shipping globally.
• Work closely with business teams for efficient and repeatable product launches.
• Coordinate with technology teams to align development with strategic goals.

• Proven experience in product management in a technology-driven e-commerce environment.
• Experience managing internal stakeholder relationships.
• Experienced line manager of Product Managers with strong leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of operational processes in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Experience managing product launches and operational cost reductions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking.
