About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Group Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for our portfolio of everyday savings products, including rebates, grocery coupons, gas coupons, and pharmacy coupons, aimed at helping customers save money on essential needs.
You'll lead a team of Product Managers and partners to build products that deliver measurable savings for millions of consumers. Your accountability includes defining our investment in Savings, differentiation, and translating these into products driving acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Super+.
If you're excited about multi-product portfolios and want to shape everyday savings, this role offers significant ownership, visibility, and impact potential.

About the Team

The Product team at Super.com comprises high-performing product managers dedicated to building meaningful, impactful products. We focus on three pillars: data-driven business outcomes, deep customer understanding, and a touch of magic.
The Savings area includes products that help members maximize their budget across categories, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Operations, and Partnerships to define strategy and ensure cohesive, high-quality experiences.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Own Savings strategy and OKRs—define, drive, and deliver strategies and success metrics for the Savings portfolio aligned with company and Super+ goals.
  • Lead a portfolio of Savings products—manage multiple PMs and teams focused on rebates, coupons, and new savings concepts.
  • Shape the roadmap and product portfolio—build and maintain a unified roadmap to maximize member value, engagement, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Drive measurable customer and business outcomes—own key metrics like savings per active member, define KPIs, and configure experimentation plans alongside Data and Growth.
  • Raise the bar on product quality—partner with Design, UXR, Engineering, and Ops to ensure intuitive, trustworthy experiences.
  • Steer incentive and economics design—collaborate with Finance and Growth to balance member value with sustainable unit economics.
  • Lead and develop product talent—mentor Product Managers and foster a culture of ownership and high-quality output.
  • Be the connective tissue across leadership—align and communicate with GMs, Design and Engineering leadership, and manage dependencies.
  • Operate across strategy and execution—set direction and make portfolio trade-offs, ensuring timely and quality issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in B2C product management within consumer tech, fintech, e-commerce, or saving products.
  • 2-3+ years managing multiple Product Managers in a fast-paced environment with over 1M users.
  • Experience with multi-product portfolios or cross-journey areas.
  • Strong command of experimentation, analytics, and defining success metrics.
  • Ability to drive growth, engagement, retention, and profitability indicators.
  • Comfort with presenting to high-level executives and influencing peers constructively.
  • Bias for action and structured problem-solving ability.
  • Deep collaboration with cross-functional teams and representing customer needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cashback, coupons, or loyalty and savings products.
  • Experience serving value-conscious American consumers.
  • Background in membership or subscription business focusing on engagement.
  • Familiarity with Super+-adjacent spaces like travel or fintech.

We’ve Got You Covered

  • Remote-First Flexibility: Choose your hours and work from anywhere.
  • Unlimited PTO, company-wide recharge days, and annual team offsites.
  • Weekly UberEats credits and travel discounts on SuperTravel.
  • Generous parental leave and flexible return-to-work plans.
  • Competitive salary, equity options, and top-tier benefits from day one.
  • Access to wellness budgets and personal development funds.
