Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your portion of the Senior Living products.
- Become the product expert for your areas of responsibility, including product functionality and how the product creates value for the customer and user.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team inclusive of engineering and UX, partnering with engineering leads to manage ceremonies associated with product delivery.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on product priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders on how to improve.
- Identify, communicate, and bring the right people together to manage risks timely and effectively.
- Manage products through the full development lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
Your Key Strengths
- Bachelorβs degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product management function.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and task management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products.
- Previous work Experience with Large Data foundations and Census work (Planning, collecting and processing population data, Address verification, preferred not required).
Nice to Haves
- Proven track record working with Technical Delivery and Engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Data foundation and regulatory functions that come from working with PHI.
Travel to Office expectations
- For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office.
- For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing.
