Role Overview
- Own the payments delivery roadmap for one of the largest digital ticketing platforms in high school athletics.
- Interface with financial technology, school-facing products, and internal operations tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap spanning financial reporting, payout operations, refunds and disputes, tax compliance, and Stripe Connect model.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and stakeholders in schools.
- Develop accurate, compliant, and trusted products for users.
- Utilize AI for enhancing specifications, data analysis, and prototyping.
- Ensure financial reporting for schools and internal teams is reliable.
- Drive GoFan's Stripe Connect rollout and improve refund tooling.
- Own pricing, tax, and payout infrastructure accuracy.
Outcomes You'll Deliver
- Ship settlement statements and financial performance dashboards.
- Onboard schools onto updated financial systems.
- Reduce manual intervention in refunds and disputes.
- Enhance support and finance processes for reconciliation issues.

Requirements
- 5-8+ years in product management or related fields.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or complex financial processes.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for product delivery.
- Preferred experience with payout products and data analysis.
