What you will be doing
- Transform executive vision into concrete, actionable product plans and comprehensive roadmaps
- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners/Managers, fostering their growth and performance
- Own the entire product development process from ideation through to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to champion new ideas and drive product execution
- Develop well-researched product requirements and serve as the customer advocate
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor analysis to drive innovation and enhance customer experience
What we are looking for
- Extensive experience with proven leadership capability across product strategy, delivery, and team management.
- Strong expertise in defining product and business requirements within software development environments
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, transforming data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities to guide complex technical projects
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Online gaming experience preferred, along with familiarity with Jira and product development tools
