Responsibilities
- Shape the cross-functional platform product strategy.
- Own Flexβs payments platform strategy and roadmap end-to-end.
- Drive down payment processing costs through better routing.
- Build and scale fraud detection and dispute infrastructure.
- Expand our payment method coverage.
- Partner with Risk, Finance, Ops, and Engineering to align on business goals.
- Lead and grow a high-performing product team.
- Define success metrics and build dashboards, tooling, and processes.
- Champion clear thinking, technical depth, and rigorous prioritization.
Key qualifications
- 7+ years of product experience, with at least 3+ in payments or fintech roles.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem.
- Ability to balance user experience, cost optimization, fraud risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong technical acumen and systems thinking.
- Proven success as a player-coach.
- Bonus: Experience with Payment processors and dispute automation.
