The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the end-to-end growth foundation that enables efficient, measurable, and compliant user acquisition, cross-sell, and retention across web and app. Youβll lead the roadmap for attribution, tracking, experimentation, and marketing integrations. It requires strong technical fluency and deep domain expertise in the Marketing Technology landscape. You will be the owner of the tech foundation that allows us to efficiently acquire, cross-sell, and retain users across web and app platforms. This is a deeply cross-functional, product-led role at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and engineering. Success requires strong technical fluency, clear product judgment, and the ability to balance near-term growth needs with long-term platform health in a regulated fintech environment.
What You'll Build & Own
- Own and define Daveβs MarTech Stack, including paid channel automation (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, etc.), attribution, lifecycle, and experimentation infrastructure.
- Make build vs buy decisions, including vendor selection, RFP process, and integration.
- Own end-to-end enablement of web growth strategy β from CMS, landing pages, and experimentation to web-to-app and deep-linking β while partnering with core product teams to streamline registration, onboarding, and the full paid media-to-app customer journey.
- Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Data, and Marketing β ensuring alignment on priorities, clarity on plans, and efficient execution toward business outcomes.
- Drive rapid web experimentation by building and maintaining experimentation frameworks and infrastructure to test new growth hypotheses, from channel to creative to landing experiences.
- Drive the best-in-class playbooks and stay ahead of privacy changes to platform and policy shifts, as well as new entrants and new technologies β translating risks, impacts, and opportunities into clear guidance.

What Weβre Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in MarTech and Product Management (preferably in a high-volume B2C technology-driven environment, fintech experience is a plus).
- Deep MarTech domain expertise with hands-on experience across analytics and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Braze, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar), including a strong command of iOS tracking and measurement frameworks such as SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
- Cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of aligning diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and external partners.
- Executive-ready communicator, able to simplify complex data and influence C-suite leaders, regulators, and network partners.
- Analytical hunter mindset with strong judgment - expert in SQL and data analysis (Python/R a plus), able to cut through noise in complex data to surface insights and drive decisive action.
- AI-driven curiosity - fluent in applying AI to real product work beyond the basics (e.g., idea generation, data analysis, workflow automation), with the instinct to make teams and leaders smarter through creative AI use cases.
- Technical curiosity and fluency; a Bachelorβs degree in a technical field is a plus.
