Mission

As a Senior Product Manager Connect at Qonto, you will:

• Define and execute the product strategy for Qonto's Savings offering, mapping the competitive landscape and aligning your roadmap with deposit growth, retention, and bank-level revenue goals.
• Build and launch Qonto's first standalone Savings product — passbook, term deposit... — and scale the offering across our European markets.
• Partner deeply with Risk and Asset Liability Management teams to co-construct products that are both compelling for our customers and sound for the balance sheet.
• Work hand-in-hand with Compliance and Legal to navigate market-specific regulatory questions, without losing product velocity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Designers, Market Directors, and other Product teams to deliver Savings experiences our SMEs trust.

• Market/Team Context: You'll join a Savings squad inside one of Qonto's most strategic domains. As we become a bank, Savings sits alongside Credit as the foundational pillar of our next chapter — and unlike Credit, it's still wide open to shape.

• Tools we use: You'll operate at the intersection of banking infrastructure, regulated product design, and emerging tech — keeping a close eye on how AI is changing how regulated products get built and shipped.

About You

• Experience: You have a strong track record as a Product Manager working on Savings products — passbook accounts, term deposits, Money Market Funds, ETFs, or account remuneration — and you've shipped at least one end-to-end. You're genuinely passionate about this space.
• Strategic thinker: You can map the Savings landscape, spot what's worth building, and call out what isn't.
• Stakeholder operator: You are highly comfortable engaging with Risk, ALM, and Compliance — challenging them when necessary and co-building when it counts. You can hold your position in a technical trade-off.
• Regulated product instinct: You have sharp judgement on the trade-offs between commercial ambition, regulatory constraints, and balance-sheet impact, and you keep moving when the answer isn't obvious.
• Excellent communicator: Strong cross-team communication in English (French is a plus, not a requirement). You can align Engineering, Risk, ALM, Market Directors and Senior Leadership without losing momentum.
