Responsibilities

  • Lead structured discovery with European energy buyers, sellers and advisors to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and pain points.
  • Balance customer insight with business priorities to make roadmap trade-offs; synthesize research into clear recommendations rather than a direct translation of user requests.
  • Serve as the primary voice of the European customer within LevelTen's global product organization.
  • Define and maintain a near-term product roadmap for LevelTen's Data Products in the European market, making prioritized trade-off decisions that align with global product strategy and team goals.
  • Define and prioritize features that drive customer value, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation, bringing a strong European market perspective to global prioritization decisions.
  • Drive the full product development lifecycle from ideation and discovery through build, launch, optimization, and measurement.
  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver and with commercial teams to go to market.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behavior, identify friction points, and measure the impact of product changes.
  • Define and track KPIs tied to product adoption, engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Stay ahead of trends in the European clean energy market, B2B data products, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Ensure LevelTen's Data Products remain differentiated and relevant across European regulatory and market contexts.
  • Work effectively across a distributed team with product and engineering headquartered in Seattle, proactively managing time zone overlap and maintaining strong async communication.
  • Partner with customer success, sales, marketing, and design across geographies to deliver seamless product experiences.
  • Travel to Seattle quarterly to deepen relationships with the broader team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a strong track record of shipping impactful products.
  • Full professional fluency in English required; all work, collaboration, and communication is conducted in English.
  • Proven experience working on data products, analytics platforms, or marketplace products — B2B marketplace experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous customer discovery and translate insights into product strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to define instrumentation, analyze post-launch results, and connect product outcomes to key business metrics.
  • Experience working on distributed, cross-timezone teams; strong written communication and async collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to align stakeholders across geographies and levels of seniority.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; self-directed and entrepreneurial approach suited to being the first PM in a region.
  • Spanish or additional European languages a plus.
  • Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, or climate tech is also a plus.

Additional Information

  • This position is based out of our office in Madrid (hybrid work schedule).
  • Contract Type: Contrato Indefinido (Full-Time / Permanent).
  • Schedule: Overlap with Pacific Standard Time required during core collaboration hours between 17:00h and 20:00h.
  • Travel: Quarterly travel to LevelTen headquarters in Seattle, WA.
