Profile Overview
This is a hands-on product role at the heart of Usersnap's next chapter. You'll own discovery, roadmap, and delivery alongside a CEO/CPO who has a deep product background and genuinely wants a PM partner -- not a project manager. The team is small, sharp, and transforming the product with AI every month. If you want to flex real product skills in an environment where your judgment is trusted and your impact is visible, this is the role.Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:
- Build and activate a customer advisory board to create a direct, ongoing feedback channel with our ICP.
- Validate strategic product assumptions through hands-on customer conversations and structured discovery.
- Evaluate the competitive landscape with support from the growth marketing team and bring your findings to the roadmap.
- Establish a clear story of impact -- what problems you found, why you prioritized them, and what you shipped or tested.
Your responsibilities
- Drive discovery: talk to customers continuously, synthesize what you learn, and translate it into clear problem statements and prioritized opportunities.
- Shape the now/next/later roadmap together with the CEO and team, grounded in strategy and anchored to a single clear objective.
- Build AI-powered product capabilities with intentionality -- not just for speed, but to keep costs low for customers and create a genuine technical moat.
- Leverage Usersnap's data to surface new product insights, while keeping customer privacy a hard constraint, not an afterthought.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to move from insight to shipped feature efficiently.
- Track and communicate product performance with sharp, data-informed updates -- no bloated decks, no noise.
What you bring to the table
- Proven discovery skills: You test assumptions before building. You know how to run customer interviews, structure findings, and say no to things that don't fit the strategy.
- AI product intuition: You understand what AI can and can't do -- and you build with intention. You're thinking about cost efficiency and customer value, not just capability.
- Data sensibility: You know how to ask the right questions of product data and can work with engineers to get answers, even when the data infrastructure isn't perfect.
- Strong prioritization: You have a clear framework for deciding what matters now, can articulate your reasoning, and don't get rattled when the priorities shift.
- Operational clarity: You write sharp 1-pagers, keep stakeholders aligned with concise updates, and don't create process for the sake of it.
- Startup adaptability: You're comfortable with ambiguity, energized by ownership, and don't need a playbook to get started.
What's in it for you
- Ultimate flexibility: We're 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like with flexible hours.

- Small and friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
