Responsibilities
- Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap across E&E experiences.
- Drive product-led growth, owning key metrics including MAU growth and retention.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Brand.
- Leverage the shared E&E platform to ship efficiently.
- Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform decisions.
- Champion a customer-first mindset to understand community needs.
- Balance business objectives with community trust and safety.
- Establish and evolve product processes for efficient development.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and innovations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with consumer mobile products.
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing product managers.
- Experience with subscription-based monetized consumer products.
- Strong track record in driving growth across user engagement and revenue.
- Data-driven with experience in using analytics to guide decisions.
- Comfortable setting vision and diving into execution details.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
- Product intuition with a deep understanding of consumer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
