Position Overview
We're looking for a Head of Product β Marketplace Intelligence to lead product strategy and execution across user acquisition, pricing, monetization, and marketplace performance. Reporting to the Director of Product, you'll lead Product Managers and an SEO Manager while partnering closely with Marketing, Growth, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams. This is a senior leadership role focused on leveraging data, experimentation, AI-powered decisioning, SEO, and recommendation systems to drive sustainable growth. You'll define the vision for marketplace intelligence, align teams around high-impact opportunities, and build scalable product capabilities that improve customer discovery, acquisition efficiency, and monetization.Qualifications
- 8+ years of product experience, including several years leading product teams, product areas, or strategic product domains.
- A track record of building strong product teams, raising the quality of product thinking, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work.
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers.
- Ability to reason through complex marketplace trade-offs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex topics understandable.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of experimentation, product metrics, funnel performance, and business impact measurement.
- Strong technical fluency.

Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for refurbedβs Marketplace Intelligence product area.
- Lead product squads focused on user acquisition, recommendation systems, and pricing capabilities.
- Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, ML Product Managers, and an SEO Manager.
- Work closely with Marketing and Growth to connect product strategy with acquisition, SEO, conversion, and marketplace growth opportunities.
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Commercial teams, and Leadership.
- Translate company and product strategy into clear product problems, business requirements, and user stories.
- Help the team identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Help teams balance customer experience and commercial outcomes.
- Build strong alignment across Product, Marketing, Growth, Data, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure that AI- and ML-powered capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes.
- Coach and support your team in product discovery and execution.
