What You'll Do
- Own the AI product roadmap end-to-end: Define what we build, why, and in what order β gathering insights from engineering, data science, and business teams to develop a prioritized strategy.
- Drive key AI product initiatives: Lead the definition and design of AI solutions for products like Attachment Matcher, Transaction Categorizer, and Cashflow Management.
- Collaborate across the full stack: Work with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of LLM/AI capabilities.
- Own your decisions and communicate them clearly: Articulate the rationale behind priorities and engage key stakeholders.
- Continuously improve through data: Monitor and analyze the performance of models and products, making data-driven recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Product management experience with a LLM/AI focus: Proven experience in product management, with examples of ML or AI products scaled.
- Technical fluency in ML: Solid grasp of machine learning concepts and applications.
- Strong stakeholder management: Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Analytical thinking: Make data-driven decisions balancing customer needs and business objectives.
- Strategic vision: Ability to develop a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
