Your Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy for the Everyday Banking portfolio including cards, chequing, savings, investments, and loans.
- Set the vision for AI-driven personalization that anticipates user needs.
- Drive roadmap alignment and prioritization discussions with executive leadership.
- Develop expertise in fintech trends and open banking for market opportunities.
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements and define success metrics.
- Optimize delivery processes to reduce friction, mitigate risk, and accelerate team velocity.
- Orchestrate end-to-end GTM plans across operational readiness and marketing alignment.
- Optimize user funnels to improve conversion and partner with marketing on high-converting web experiences.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or B2C marketplace.
- Experience defining and evolving product strategy.
- Expertise in web analytics, user testing, and A/B testing.
- Strong Agile/Scrum background.
- Fluency with AI tools in product workflows.
- Passion for UX/design and understanding customer needs.
- Ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and adaptable to manage multiple workstreams.
- Genuine interest in the personal finance space.
