What’s the mission you’ll drive

  • Accelerate Addi's marketplace supply side by owning the end-to-end merchant product experience.

What you will do

  • Close the Opt-In Quality Gap: Improve the self-serve Opt-in channel's product publishing rate.
  • Drive Autonomous Self-Serve Onboarding: Increase the share of merchants who successfully complete their first transaction without direct human intervention.
  • Scale Catalog Depth: Expand the adoption of Bulk Upload tools and redesign the product data ingestion pipeline.
  • Optimize Commercial Velocity: Accelerate the "Time-to-10-Sales" metric.
  • Reduce Operational Firefighting: Decrease internal engineering and ops support tickets.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B marketplace or e-commerce merchant-side product management (MUST HAVE).
  • Demonstrates a deep structural understanding of two-sided supply mechanics.
  • Exceptional operational fluency and continuous fire-to-signal conversion (MUST HAVE).
  • Strong native instincts for self-serve business products (MUST HAVE).
  • Solid expertise in technical integrations and data architecture pipelines (MUST HAVE).
  • Track record of data-driven funnel execution and cross-functional influence (MUST HAVE).
  • Experienced in high-scale product data systems or localized Latin American e-commerce (PREFERRED).
