What you’ll do

• Drive Discovery and Research: Conduct market and user research within the digital forensics space to inform product direction.
• Collaborate Across the Product Lifecycle: Partner with cross-functional teams supporting discovery, ideation, prioritization, development, release, and iteration.
• Foster Innovation and Learning: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and growth.
• Partner Closely with Design & Engineering: Engage deeply with technical and design counterparts to ensure thoughtful, viable, and user-centered solutions.
• Use Data to Inform Decisions: Rely on qualitative and quantitative data to shape decisions, identify opportunities, and prioritize enhancements.
• Champion the User Voice: Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical realities.
• Adapt and Help Shape the Team: Help lay the foundation for a strong product culture and collaborative team environment.
• Support Remote Collaboration: Contribute to a healthy, communicative, and well-aligned remote team.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a cross-functional environment.
• Remote work experience and the ability to operate effectively in distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to guide decisions.
• Experience working alongside designers and engineers to deliver user-facing features.
• Enthusiasm for joining a scaling team and shaping foundational product practices.
• Cybersecurity experience would be highly regarded.
