Job Description
As a Product Manager at Jasper, you will lead the innovation and refinement of AI-powered visual editing tools. In this role, you will strategize product roadmaps, drive the development of new features, and ensure that our solutions meet the high standards our customers expect.
What you will do at Jasper
- Develop and execute the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including gathering requirements, defining product specifications, and coordinating with engineering teams.
- Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs to enhance product features.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy and successful go-to-market execution.
What you will bring to Jasper
- At least 3 years of product management experience in a tech-focused company, preferably with exposure to AI technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes; familiarity with AI and machine learning is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop strategic product roadmaps and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clear and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in AI or Machine Learning: Prior experience in managing AI-based products, especially in the visual content or digital editing space.
- Leadership: Experience leading project teams and inspiring team members to achieve high performance.
- Agile Experience: In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Asana.
