DeepLearning.AI is looking for a Product Manager (B2B) to ownthe product experience for our enterprise and business customers. Youβll work closely with our B2B team to understand what our B2B customers need,and translate that into a product roadmap that serves both individual corporate learnersand the organizations that sponsor them. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who can work collaborativelyand independently to execute new ideasand projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment,and has a passion for AI and education.
We are headquartered in Mountain View, Californiaand this is an in-person in-office role.
Hereβs what youβll do
- Own the product strategy, roadmapand feature delivery for DeepLearning.AIβs corporate training offering.
- Partner closely with enterprise sales, engineeringand customer success to understandthe needs of our business customers β learning platform, analyticsand reporting, learner success goals.
Translate enterprise customer requirements (e.g. learning analytics dashboards, usage reporting, custom learning paths, LMS integration, data privacy/security needs etc.)into clear product specs for engineeringand design.
Build prototypes to quickly validate product ideasand test product market fit; create code/design handoff artifacts to engineering for productionized implementation%
Support enterprise sales cycles when needed β join customer calls, scope custom requests,and representthe product roadmap to prospectiveand existing B2B accounts%
Work collaborativelyand cross-functionally with engineering, design,andthe curriculum product team to ship features that serve enterprise buyersand learners, as well as B2C learners%
Here Are the Skills You Should Have
- 0 to1 product mindset inorder to build out a revenue stream as the first dedicated B2B product manager%
- AI fluency, ability to code. Strong conceptual understanding of AI technologies, or the ability to develop this knowledge very quickly. Familiarityand experience with AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, having built or prototyped software for personal or professional use%
- Adequate technical proficiency to prototypeand scope features, understand technical requirementsand converse effectivelyand credibly with engineers%
- Understanding of the B2B user mindset (buyersand learners) - expected features, decision making criteriaand pressures%
- Ability to prioritize work effortand investment, informed by data%
Bonus if you have
- Familiarity with AI/ML conceptsand a passion for AI-powered education%
- prior experience in edtech, corporate L&D, or workforce upskilling products%
- Experience running or supporting enterprise sales cycles(pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar)%
