Internship Note
This is a structured three-month internship and learning opportunity. The program is designed to provide practical exposure to Vector, real-world customer problems, mentorship and hands-on product development. Any subsequent employment opportunity will be subject to performance, business requirements and applicable company policies.

Role Overview
Product research and use-case discovery; understanding customer needsand user journeys; requirements definitionand product documentation; translating Vector’s Six Intelligence Model into meaningful product experiences
- Product discovery: research customer problems, personas, workflows and pain points; identify opportunities for intelligence, recommendationsand automation; conduct competitiveand market research
- Six Intelligence Model: map use cases to Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective and Adaptive modes; help define how intelligence should be presented to users
- Product definition: create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, journeys and workflows; work with engineering teams; maintain product documentation
- Customer experience: contribute to Microsoft Teamsand web portal experiences; define insights, recommendations, visualizations, notificationsand Ask Vector experiences
- Product analytics: identify meaningful metrics; analyze adoptionand usage; support evaluation of recommendationsand intelligence

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills
- Interest in AI, technology,and product development
- Good writtenand verbal communication
- Ability to understand technical concepts
- Curiosityand willingness to learn
- Prior product experience is not required
