Job Description
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise AI assistant platform
- Identify and validate user pain points and operational inefficiencies across enterprise functions
- Lead product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, user research, and prioritization
- Drive product execution from concept to delivery in collaboration with engineering, AI, design,and business teams
- Develop and optimize user journeys focused on productivity and knowledge accessibility
- Evaluate AI capabilitiesand limitations to ensure practical and scalable product decisions
- Identify opportunities for competitive differentiationand long-term product growth
- Define, monitor,and improve product metricsand business outcomes
- Collaborate with support organizationsand operational teams to understand workflowsand escalation processes
- Ensure enterprise-readiness standards, including reliability, security, compliance,and governance
- Present product strategyand solutions to executive stakeholdersand cross-functional teams
- Build strategic partnershipsand identify mutually beneficial opportunities
- Contribute to pricing, packaging,and business performance management

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within enterprise software, AI products, or SaaS environments
- Strong experience working with knowledge management, enterprise search, document management, or related domains
- Understanding of enterprise support operationsand organizational workflows
- Proven experience defining product strategyand driving product execution
- Strong knowledge of product discovery methodologies, prioritization frameworks,and roadmap planning
- Experience defining and tracking productand business metrics
- Practical hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, or agentic systems
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations,and responsible adoption practices
- Ability to work effectivelyin ambiguousand fast-changing environments
- Strong communication, presentation,and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting productsand strategic initiatives to diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience building strategic partnershipsand cross-functional collaborations
- Business-oriented mindset with proven experience owning product or business P&L, including pricing strategy, packaging,and revenue accountability
- Strong analyticaland decision-making skills
