Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Director of Product Management to help lead the continued development of our Intus Revenue Integrity System (IRIS) – Intus Care’s flagship product for revenue and risk adjustment servicesand analytics. IRIS combines a service component, where our medical coders help programs ensure accurate billing of internal encounters, with a custom-built, React-based, analytics application that gives organizations best-in-class visibility into forecasted revenueand potential gaps in their billing process.

In this management role, you will be the primary owner of this product lineand will be responsible for the success of that product. This includes overseeing the product’s day-to-day operations, partnering with engineering to plan releases, and strategically evaluating new feature opportunities.

In particular, you will be responsible for the following:

Product Discovery & Delivery

• Independently leverage AI to investigate the codebase and resolve technical functionality questions
• Own the development of complex features, including client discovery sessionsand PRD writing
• Recommend build vs buy assessments for manager review

Client & Cross-Functional Communication

• Provide company wide updates related to your product on a regular basiswith minimal oversight
• Handle client escalationswith minimal oversight from your manager
• Assist your manager inguiding cross-functional stakeholders through applications changesand rollout
• Work cross-functionally to own all the steps neededin launching a new feature with minimal support from your manager
• Flag areas of potential cross-product interdependencies to discuss with the broader product team
• Plan monthly roadmaps
• Develop pod level quarterly roadmapswith minimal support from your manager
• Recommend product level quarterly roadmap plans for manager review

Team Leadership

• Set clear expectations for direct reportsand provide regular direct feedbackwith minimal support from your manager
• Work with your managerin providing your direct reportswith growth opportunitiesand career development guidance

About You

Required

• 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team
• Familiarity with Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding methodologiesand RAF score calculationsin the Medicare Advantage Space
• Strong communicationand collaboration skills
• Comfort working directly with clients, with the ability to navigate escalations
• Ability to handle ambiguous problem spaces
• Business acumen, with an ability to balance product decisions against broader business outcomes
• Attention to detailwith an analytical mindset
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills
• Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle
• Experience running scrum processes
• Comfort in SQLand JIRA

Preferred

• Prior experience developing data heavy front end analytics applications
• Prior experience building healthcare revenue/RAF analytics productsand/or revenue cycle management products
• Experience working with X12 837/834 EDI standards
• Prior start up experience

Compensation & Location

The base salary range for this role is 170-180K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
