Tasks
This role is not about babysitting a roadmap but turning the product itself into our best sales channel — removing friction, driving activation,and making users fall in love before they ever talk to sales.
What you’ll do
- Own the PLG strategy: activation, onboarding, habit loops,and expansion
- Turn data into decisions: define metrics, run experiments, kill what doesn’t work
- Work directly with Engineering, Design,and Data in a fast-moving Agile setup
- Identify and remove every drop of friction in the consultant and client journey
- Collaborate with Sales and Management to align product motions with revenue
Requirements
- 3+ years of PM experience, ideally at a marketplace or SaaS company
- You know what PLG actually means and have shipped it
- You use AI tools daily. If you don’t, don’t apply
- Sharp analytical skills: you live in dashboards and trust numbers over opinions
Strong English, both written and spoken (C1 minimum)
Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for an onsite role
