In this role, the selected candidate will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for high-growth enterprise features tailored directly to Tier-1 financial institutions, including global banks, asset managers, custodians, and payment networks. Serving as the core product owner for up-market capabilities, this role sits at the intersection of technical innovation and complex institutional requirements—translating deep financial market insights into scalable, production-ready enterprise software.

This position is ideal for a hands-on, high-agency product manager with a substantive background in traditional finance, deep familiarity with market infrastructure, and a proven ability to lead technical discussions with CTOs, Heads of Operations, and enterprise engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for enterprise-focused capabilities, including privacy models, partner integrations, and flexible deployment models ranging from managed services to institution-operated environments.
  • Institutional & Partner Collaboration: Drive cross-team alignment with strategic development partners and modular platform providers to integrate customer discovery learnings into a cohesive, institutional-grade product suite.
  • Enterprise Deal & Sales Support: Partner directly with go-to-market teams during high-value sales cycles with Tier-1 financial services institutions (FSIs), providing deep product expertise during technical evaluations, InfoSec reviews, RFPs, and pilot-to-production transitions.
  • Customer Discovery & Rapid Prototyping: Conduct structured customer discovery with institutional stakeholders and utilize AI-assisted tools to build early-stage prototypes, specifications, and testable artifacts to accelerate feedback loops ahead of full engineering cycles.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Track and analyze developments across capital markets technology, enterprise tokenization, and private/public blockchain ecosystems to inform product positioning and long-term roadmap decisions.
  • Repeatable Go-to-Market Assets: Codify successful deployment motions into repeatable product narratives, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept frameworks for priority financial services use cases.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Manager, backed by a strong technical foundation in software development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.
  • Traditional Finance (TradFi) Depth: Substantive expertise within traditional financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, or fund operators), including a thorough operational understanding of trade lifecycles, post-trade workflows, settlement processes, and fund administration.
  • Enterprise Track Record: Proven history of owning and shipping complex software products for enterprise customers, with direct experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, InfoSec reviews, technical evaluations, and RFPs.
  • Execution & Agency: Demonstrated ability to independently turn discovery into specifications, wireframes/prototypes, and shipped features without requiring step-by-step guidance.
  • Prototyping & AI Literacy: Comfort using modern AI tools and prototyping frameworks to translate customer insights into testable assets rapidly.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to engage credibly and independently in high-level technical and operational discussions with CTOs, Heads of Operations, and enterprise architects

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Background or experience with enterprise tokenization platforms, digital assets, or private blockchain infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with transaction privacy models, confidential computing, or selective disclosure mechanisms.
  • Understanding of modular tokenization frameworks across issuance, lifecycle management, trading, and settlement layers.
  • Experience with EVM-compatible networks or enterprise web3 platform services (e.g., token services, consensus services, smart contract frameworks, stablecoin/asset tokenization studios).

  • Competitive base salary accompanied by performance-based bonus and equity components.

  • Flexible remote work setup within the United States.

  • Comprehensive health, retirement, and wellness benefits program.
