We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead Hostinger Agent’s evolution, own its business results, and build a product customers choose to use every day. You’ll define the direction, stay close to customers and technology, and work with your team to turn new AI capabilities into valuable customer experiences.

Your day-to-day
- Stay up to date with market trends, technological advancements, and AI developments, and apply relevant insights to Hostinger Agent.
- Lead, represent, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to all stakeholders. Make sure the product strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy and goals.
- Act as the CEO of a product within the company and own the P&L.
- Scope and prioritize product activities based on business needs, customer impact, and industry trends.
- Act as the customer advocate by articulating users’ needs.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and other teams to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Build and lead your team, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring team members.
Your Expertise and Experience
- Solid experience building products for consumers or small businesses, from ideation through delivery to success in the market.
- A strong technical background and continuously developing knowledge of AI.
- Strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to empathize with clients to identify their needs.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills—we move fast, and a 70% confidence level is enough to act.
- A track record of driving business growth through product innovation and customer-centricity; experience with product discovery methodologies.
- Experience building and leading a team of highly skilled professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Compensation
Compensation from 8500 EUR/month (depends on your experience and competencies)
