The Asset Growth & Management Product Group is responsible for helping our clients maintain and build their wealth with cryptocurrency. From staking to custody solutions, we ensure that our clients have access to a diverse range of tools to help our users grow and manage their assets effectively.

The opportunity

Lead a team of product managers for the Earn (Staking, Yield) & Wealth product portfolio, setting the direction for product development and ensuring accountability for outcomes
Shape the strategic vision for the portfolio across product lines
Communicate cross-functionally and build trusting and influential partnerships with cross-functional (Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, UX, UXR, Data and others) leaders across the company. Be an advocate for the Product Group.
Lead the team in ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Establish roadmaps and milestones, anticipate and manage risks, and resolve technical and operational challenges
Establish and manage the product management tools, systems and best practices required to scale high quality product development operations

Skills you should HODL

Interest and understanding of Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency or Blockchain is a must
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, other technical or analytical fields, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years experience working as a product manager or similar role in a technology company, including 5+ years experience as a product leader building and leading product teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal, including having a strong voice in driving collaboration and managing priorities
Tenacious self-starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill and prioritize into actionable plans
Have the energy and adaptability to work in a dynamic team and rapidly growing industry, while applying a methodical and analytical mindset
Experience working with and coordinating large cross-functional and interdisciplinary working groups (e.g. product management, engineering, design, etc.)
Ability to simplify operational and informational complexity, delivering the right message to each stakeholder
Ability to exercise technical and product judgment in solving roadblocks
Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members

Compensation Range: $155K - $234K
