What the role involves
- Get enterprise customers live and make it pay off for them. You lead deployments at Global 2000 companies, from the first business case to a live AI agent to expanding it across the company.
- Be the person executives trust. You’re the main contact for senior leaders and C-suite on the business and tech side.
- Make the product better for every customer, not just one. You turn enterprise customer needs into reusable platform features instead of one-off customizations, and feed what you learn into the product roadmap.
- Build things yourself. You prototype solutions, make product changes and write the business plan.
- Get teams moving without direct authority. You bring Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success behind what the customer needs.
What we look for
- Around 7+ years in enterprise software, for example in solution architecture, product, consulting or a deployment role, with real customer work behind it.
- You’ve presented to C-level leaders and been the one to say “no” or “not yet” when it mattered.
- You’re comfortable where there’s no playbook yet and like working hands-on.
- You’re based in New York or willing to move there, and you have legal permission to work in the US.
- If you’re a builder who can sell and knows how to prioritise, apply. Unconventional backgrounds with proven ability are welcome.
Nice to have
- You’ve worked as a deployment strategist, solutions architect or in product at a fast-growing tech company.
- You’ve worked on AI or LLM-based products, or at an AI agent company.
- You understand cloud platforms and modern infrastructure well enough to judge what’s feasible.
What you should know
- We’re selective, and not every applicant joins the network. Only the top 1% of applicants do.
- Contract details, such as probation period, start date and annual leave, may vary depending on the roles you get matched with.
- Being in the network is free for you.
- Becoming a member of our network does not guarantee a job.
