What you will work on

• Document product specs (PRDs, flows, edge cases, etc.) so the entire product squad speaks the same language
• Build hacky prototypes & prepare test accounts for user testing
• Conduct lots of product testing and bug bashing
• Handle data requests/cleaning and translations
• Make sure product analytics and tracking work well
• Triage CS tickets, ensure urgent user issues are resolved
• Aggregate and clean user insights/feedback into actionable data
• Ensure product and engineering routines run efficiently...
