Weโre looking for a self-motivated and user driven Product Manager to help us shape the future of FigJam, an online whiteboard where entire teams ideate and brainstorm together. Purpose-built for every stage of your end-to-end workflows, FigJam makes everything from diagrams to design sprints easier and more fun โ whether youโre working alone or collaborating with your extended team, no matter where in the world theyโre based.
This PM will lead FigJamโs Meeting Experience team, which is dedicated to improving how teams run brainstorms, retros, and all other team rituals. You will think about how digital tools could bridge the gap between hybrid & remote teams, create psychological safety, and enable teams to move work and ideas forwards. We are still in the earliest stages of opportunity, so youโll be responsible for the product direction as well as launch FigJamโs most compelling forthcoming features.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What youโll do at Figma:
- Develop and execute a strategy and vision for FigJam meetings & collaboration
- Work closely with designers and engineers to define feature functionality and execute against this roadmap
- Do all the things you'd expect in a PM, like driving planning and prioritization, defining and tracking key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans

- You have experience successfully leading complex, user-facing product launches
- You have a knack for visual design
- You have deep user empathy and the ability to build relationships with key customers
- Youโre comfortable working on both technical platforms and user-facing features
- Youโre an excellent verbal and written communicator. Youโre able to zoom in and out effortlessly based on the audience. You can rally and motivate a team behind a bold vision
- Have an affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor and get-it-done personality
