As a Product Manager at Tillo youโll take information from customer insight, competitor analysis and company strategy to understand and improve our product and validate the product development direction. Youโll work closely with Chris, VP of Product and the rest of the Product team to define success metrics, undertake research and ultimately shape the product strategy as we grow globally.

If successful, you will
- Work closely with customers to gain deep insights, understanding their needs to influence the improvement of the product
- Use data analysis to inform and guide decision making
- Define success metrics and lead on how best to track them
- Perform competitor analysisย using the results to inform the product strategy
- Contribute to the product roadmap, engaging with stakeholders and the wider team
- Define complex problems/stories and articulate them to the development and design teams
- Contribute to QA testing
- Collaborate with Marketing on product releases
About you
- Youโre a highly adaptable Product Manager with experience delivering an API product
- Youโre customer focused, with experience using data to drive decision making
- You have a proven ability to communicate complex projects, tasks and problems
- Youโre a natural problem solver with an interest in emerging trends, competitor research and bringing concepts to life
And it would be great, but not essential if you have:
- An understanding of the โjobs to be doneโ framework
- Experience with a B2B product
