What youβll do
Over the first 6 months you will:
Bring your project management prowess along with your knowledge of Marketing, Creative, and Development (and how they fit together), to support on the delivery of complex and challenging projects:
- Understand DIJGTALβs current project workflows and supporting the cross-disciplinary team to deliver work for campaigns and other marketing activities
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to deliver a large strategic marketing campaign, brand launch and website project for a new automotive client
- Collaborate with the functional leads across Performance, Content, Social and Marketing Technology to create and deliver on aligned goals and outcomes
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to deliver client/stakeholder comms in relation to project updates and stakeholder management, and meetings that may occur in overlapping time zones (AUS/CA)
- Create and optimise processes to ensure the teamβs operating rhythm is effective and efficient, while monitoring budget and retainer hours
- Setup campaign decks based on the brief provided to ensure a a strategic and collaborative approach across the team
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with the creative brief and brand guidelines
- Support the Experience Strategy Director by providing delivery support for an ongoing program of work for a long-term client:
- Provide full visibility and transparency on project risks and mitigation strategies
- Clearly communicate resourcing, planning and budgetary updates to key stakeholders
- Support in the creation of reporting and processes aligning with other project teams to ensure consistency in reporting
- Provide project plans and lead project team members based on ongoing briefs provided by the client to ensure successful and timely delivery
Ongoing:
Expand your remit where required to support across other projects and clients in a range of industries:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines amidst frequent changes and ambiguity.
- Manage multiple digital projects (including developing new websites and mobile applications, maintaining and optimising existing websites, branding, CRM, socials, and paid media campaigns).
- Effectively manage your time to ensure that concurrent projects are managed within project timelines and budgets
- Manage budgets and collaborate with the wider team to scope out additional projects and estimates
- Assess each project and apply your knowledge creating project plans, including budget forecasts and timelines.
- Assist in developing requirements and maintaining an ongoing product roadmap
- Support and build out proposals for new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships both internally with the team and with clients and partners
