Job Description
Youโll be establishing the Community team at Kittl, so youโll have the opportunity to build a product roadmap from scratch, execute on it, iterate, take in learnings, improve, rinse and repeat. Youโll be as close to the user as you can get, in a consumer product thatโs acquired millions of users over the past 2 years. This is a great opportunity to prove yourself as a user centric PM and have a real impact on product growth metrics in a business thatโs just about to double down on its growth.
Youโll be leading our new Community team as Senior PM. This team will sit under our Product Growth department, which consists of Acquisition, Activation, and Monetisation product teams. You will form the 4th team in this department - Community. Your team will be responsible for driving user engagement - building habit forming products that increase engagement through strategic product design and a rewarding user experience, like we know it from gaming, or highly engaging learning apps like Duolingo.
Your team will typically consist of several engineers and a product designer onboard.
What youโll do as a Senior PM at Kittl
- Setting your team's goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with Kittlโs mission and driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and company strategy

- Work closely with design to lead a discovery process to create new features and products that solve customer problems and meet business goals
- Work closely with engineering to execute the product roadmap and deliver features at rapid pace, that drive user adoption and growth
- Use and communicate with data to track product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging for new product features
- Work closely with customers and partners to gather feedback and inform product decisions
What youโll need to succeed
- 4+ years of experience in product management with exposure to community driven growth
- Strong sense for first-principle thinking and a get it done attitude
- Preferably experience with any high engaging consumer product or gaming products
- Preferably a technical background: youโre an engineer turned product manager, or you have a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field
- Proven track record of leading user-centric consumer digital products
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- An eye for great UX/UI and good understanding of best practices in product design
- High analytical acumen along with strong business sense that guides ROI based prioritisation
- Demonstrated ability to envision and champion a product's journey, communicating effectively with leadership, users, and partners
- A proactive approach, always ready to initiate and lead projects, with a hands-on mentality
