Your mission

Expand the Root Platform into new market verticals and geographies

1. Find product market fit in new verticals and geographies
   • Gain in-depth customer and market understanding in new target markets
   • Run product experiments to adjust product offering to local requirements
   • Assess the desirability, feasibility and viability of our offering in the respective market
2. Conduct pilot projects and close contracts
   • Understand user goals and pain points, come up with creative solutions and test prototypes
   • Ensure value creation for pilot partners together with design and engineering teams
   • Become well versed with local climate calculators and data sources to ensure correct climate calculations
3. Launch new SaaS products
   • Define product specifications together with engineering team and set up project delivery for success
   • Onboard first local customers onto our SaaS product and iterate fast
   • Help build up a local Root Global presence

   • Ability to thrive in an early stage environment with limited resources
   • Willingness to proactively take the initiative and a can-do approach to problem-solving
2. Clarity of Thought:
   • Ability to reason logically, form sound arguments, and identify flaws in reasoning
   • Use of precise and accurate language to express ideas, avoiding vague or ambiguous terms
3. Communication with partners
   • Strong communication skills and passion for working with corporates and farmers alike
   • Ability to structure and manage client-facing projects
4. Willingness and ability to learn fast
   • Motivation to become very knowledgeable in CO2 calculators, methodologies and respective data sources
   • Interest in grasping end-to-end SaaS product delivery, from discovery to successful launch and beyond
