We’re on a mission to boost digital self-defence, driving secure behavior at scale. How people react to potential threats is a critical part of building security culture – that means giving people ways to report and handle threats, and giving people the feedback they need to continuously learn and improve.

Your mission

You will own our Phishing Report Button, which integrates with email clients to give people advice on whether an email is a potential threat and provides a way to report it to security teams. You will also be responsible for the different ways our products integrate with a security team’s workflow.

Your mission will be to ensure that when someone suspects a threat, we offer the best possible experience for users and security teams to deal with it swiftly.

What you'll do

  • You’ll work closely with your team’s Trio (Product Manager, Designer, Engineer) to achieve your team’s goals. This is the most important relationship you’ll have.
  • You’ll define the direction and roadmap of your team. You’ll collaborate with others (like our Learning, Simulation, and Workflow teams) to ensure your direction is coherent.
  • You’ll own the Phishing Report Button, Phishing Feedback, and integrations into security team workflows.
  • You’ll deeply understand the pains of your customers, define the problems we’ll solve, and work with your team to build solutions that have real impact.
  • You’ll ship early and often, learning as you go. You’ll care deeply about the outcomes you do (and don’t!) achieve.
  • You’ll collaborate with your leadership team on our overall product strategy, and you’ll be a motivating voice within SoSafe for the direction we’re taking.
  • We aim to make every week count. You’ll have a strong voice within the Product Management team, helping the entire group to improve incrementally every week.

Your profile

  • You’re an established Senior Product Manager with several years of experience conceiving, building, and shipping impactful software products.
  • You’re comfortable working in a high complexity product area, handling ambiguity effectively, and can demonstrate this with your experience in other roles.
  • You also have experience of working on a product that involves workflows (ideally integrating a product into existing workflows and tools).
  • You’re highly collaborative and bias for action and experimentation. You’re a natural context sharer and force for momentum.
  • There are a few things that are highly beneficial, but not essential, for this role:
    • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
    • Experience with integrations with Microsoft/Google/Jira/ServiceNow.
    • German language skills.

Why Us?

At SoSafe, you'll be part of a cybersecurity team that thrives on innovation, safeguarding organizations against evolving threats and making the digital world a safer place. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, surrounded by a dynamic and supportive team and environment committed to your professional growth.
