The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product team here at Lottie. This is a vital role in the company, developing new products and features to improve the search process for elderly care  and helping care providers best service families, whilst delivering outcomes aligned to our business objectives - you’ll be directly impacting the growth and success of the business.

It’s an exciting and challenging position that touches almost every team across the business, you’re comfortable working with the other teams in the company design, customer service, marketing, engineering and commercial/partner management. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, an inquisitive mind and a willingness to get your hands dirty. Here at Lottie, you’ll be given autonomy in your work from day one, though with guidance and training.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying opportunities and delivering epics end to end (medium-large size features): this means you’ll be working across the full product lifecycle from ideation, working with our design team, collaborating closely with developers, testing, facilitating a smooth launch by working closely with all areas of the business, pulling data and recordings to optimise a feature post-launch.
  • Managing the flow of work for your engineering ‘pod’ and prioritising effectively based on the size of the opportunity and engineering effort required
  • Working with other members of the business to identify requirements and improvements
  • Proactively responding to product bugs / issues, working with developers to identify the problem, agree a solution
  • Querying and analysing data to draw insights, sharing and presenting those insights, identifying changes and improvements that should be made
  • Conducting A/B testing, user testing and review user engagement (using tools like Hotjar to analyse heatmaps and recordings)

Why this might be exciting

  • We’re solving a really human, tangible problem, that many families face at some point
  • Meritocratic environment, we have a high degree of autonomy in a role that has potential to grow as the company grows
  • We get new products and features launched quickly, we have minimal bureaucracy, and we work in a highly adaptable environment
  • Working very closely with most teams across the business (and CEOs), in a highly collaborative environment

Who we’re looking for

  • Experienced in working with designers and a team of engineers
  • Comfortable operating within a high growth, and at times ambiguous, scale up
  • Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and move at pace
  • Proficient in data analysis and deriving insights and recommendations, and A/B testing
  • Demonstrates strong commercial awareness
